Once weed on my head while I was sleeping. Meat Loaf is happiness incarnate, he loves everyone and everything and he's a precious, delicate little sunflower of joy. He has breath like the bog of eternal stench. Fester can pierce an eardrum with his bark from 10 metres.

Tell us any interesting or funny stories with themThor is an absolute hiking superstar, she regularly accompanies us on walks (in excesses of 7k) in the Lake District and has done 145 Wainwright Fells with us as part of the 214 challenge. Her spirit and determination for such a small dog is amazing.

Basil and Oscar. Basil took some time to adjust to not being an only child anymore and spent the 1st year photobombing, thinking mum and dad obviously wanted more pictures of him and not his bald brother! What is the name of your dog and your name?Basil, mum Sophie, dad Howi and baby Oscar

Tell us about your dog and how long you have owned them?Basil is now 4, hes a working cocker spaniels breed who is chocolate brown all over apart from a small white diamond on his neck. We’ve been lucky enough to have Basil since he was around 10 weeks old.
Tell us any interesting or funny stories with themBasil, along with his less hairy brother, is the light of our lives. His cheeky nature always gets him into mischief. He has ran away chasing a rabbit in the park (luckily the rabbit was much faster), he has jumped in numerous canals, lakes and rivers at any opportunity, and he has waited till our backs are turned to nab a triple chocolate muffin which resulted in a not-so-pleasant experience at the vets. He is a true water baby and will go mad for anyone turning on a tap or hose in his vicinity- trying to “catch” the water. We have found this has been a great bonding experience for our second baby (no tail) who thinks it’s rather funny when Basil decides to leap in the bath after him and catch all the splashing. For all the mayhem he causes, however, we wouldn’t change him.
