A BROKERS firm in Horwich-based broker has announced a partnership aimed at older people.

Fluent Money Group has teamed up with 55/Redefined for a new online member organisation aimed at challenging negative stereotypes of older people and sending a message that over 50s can achieve success and have fun.

It encompasses professional work and careers, financial and legal solutions, and lifestyle inspiration, by encouraging over 50s to be more active.

As part of a new growth strategy, the two organisations have become exclusive partners for mortgages and shared loans they provide.

Lindsey Simpson, chief executive of 55Redefined said: “We are delighted to be working with Fluent Money providing access to mortgages and loans for over-55s.

“We believe Fluent Money to be the UK’s best broker for over-55’s because now they have the largest panel of lenders that provide equity release, second-home mortgages, buy to let, retirement interest only mortgages combined with specialist knowledge and expertise to get you the funding you seek.”

Shane Tibits, Fluent's head of strategic partnerships, added: “We are excited to be working with 55/Redefined and their members.

“The launch of this exciting proposition to the over 55’s is unique and is set to disrupt conventional marketing to this discerning and informed sector.”

Fluent was founded in 2008 and is a financial intermediary platform.
