TICKETS for the long-awaited new James Bond spectacular, No Time To Die, are now on sale for Vue Bolton, as the cinema reveals new research showing that a third of people in the North West have returned to the big screen since restrictions eased in May.

In fact, when it comes to those in the region who previously identified as cinema-goers, half have already been back.

Findings from the second stage of Vue’s Fulfilment Report, in conjunction with research agency Kokoro, show that anticipation is building for No Time To Die, as out of the line-up of new films coming up this year, cinema-goers are the most excited about the 25th Bond outing.

Adam Wren, general manager at Vue Bolton, said: “It’s been great to see more and more customers returning to the big screen experience over the last few months, and now that the biggest cinema moment of the year, No Time To Die, is on the way, we look forward to welcoming back more film fans who may not have been here for a while, to immerse themselves in the full big screen experience.”

People also can’t wait to see it on the big screen where it belongs as according to newly released industry research, 40% of cinema-goers have cited missing the experience as their main reason for returning.

The fifth and final appearance of Daniel Craig as the iconic MI6 agent sees Bond come out of retirement to help an old friend from the CIA and is led onto the trail of a mysterious, masked villain armed with dangerous technology known only as Safin (Rami Malek).

The first ever Bond instalment to be filmed in IMAX sees Craig and Malek joined by Ralph Fiennes as M, Ben Whishaw as Q and Naomie Harris as Moneypenny.

Tickets for the new film are on sale across all Vue sites, with special midnight screenings taking place on the night of its release.*

The Fulfilment Report is a year-long survey of cinema-goers that has also found that two-thirds of cinema-goers say that watching a film on the big screen would have a positive impact on their mental state that day.

No Time To Die will be showing at 00.01 on Thursday 30 September at all Vue cinemas except for Wood Green, Dublin, Ashbourne and Limerick. More information on timings at specific sites can be found at myvue.com.
