Water tap
Many residents in the BL4 area have been left without water due to a leak.
A leak on Springfield Road has left many houses without water, or with just a trickle.
United Utilities are currently investigating the issue.
A spokesman said: "A leak on Springfield Road affecting customers in the BL4 area has been reported to us. We're on the way to investigate to see if this is the cause for some of you having no water or just a trickle.
"We're sorry for the inconvenience and hope to have your taps flowing again very soon. Thanks for your patience."
