Handcuffs
MAGISTRATES have ordered a man to have treatment for drug addiction after he admitted damaging several cars on October 18 last year.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Kieran Brown, aged 26, of Trafford Street, Farnworth, admitted causing £75-worth of damage to a Mondeo windscreen, a £200 wing mirror on a Vauxhall Adam and £300 of damage to the boot lid of a Hyundai.
He was given a community sentence during which he must undertake 120 hours of unpaid work and 20 days of rehabilitation activities. He was also ordered to pay his victims a total of £575 in compensation and a £95 victim surcharge.
A restraining order was made banning him from contacting them or going to Carlton Street, Farnworth.
