Traffic congestion due to flooding on motorway.
The M60 anticlockwise exit slip road at junction 17 A56 Bury New Road is currently closed due to flooding in the carriageway.
The road was closed at 15:15 so traffic officers could come to clear the area.
Traffic officers are currently at the scene and maintenance crews are on their way to the area to assist.
The traffic is currently congested through junction 18 onto the M62 and there is also congestion to J21, Hollinwood.
There are also queues on the M62 westbound to J19 at Heywood.
Travel time is around 20 minutes.
