Manchester Magistrates' Court
A MAN has been banned from entering Lonsdale Road, Heaton, after he damaged a woman’s television, wooden radiator cover and kitchen worktop on October 1.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court, Matthew Lomax, aged 27, of no fixed address, admitted causing criminal damage.
He was sentenced to a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay £85 towards prosecution costs plus a £22 victim surcharge.
A restraining order was made banning Lomax from contacting his victim or going to Lonsdale Road for 12 months.
