A SKIP wagon driver has been fined £125 by magistrates after admitting not being in proper control of the vehicle at the Princess Parkway and M56 junction on June 16 last year.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Damon Cork, aged 34, of Greenfold Avenue, Farnworth, was also ordered to pay £119 in cost and charges and three penalty points were added to his licence.
