A MAN who was caught having unsupervised contact with a child on April 8 in breach of a sexual harm prevention order has been fined £354 by Wigan magistrates.
At Bolton Crown Court in January Curtis Brooks, aged 22, of Mobberley Road, Breightment, was made subject to the order after being convicted for having sexual conversations with a child on social media.
But he breached the order just weeks later.
In addition to the fine, Brooks was ordered to pay £120 in costs.
