A MOTORBIKE rider who had drunk double the legal level of alcohol has been banned from holding a driving licence for 18 months.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Dean Atkins, aged 50, of Catherine Street West, Horwich, admitted being over the limit when he rode the Daelim 125cc motorbike on White Lion Brow, Bolton, on September 10.
He was fined £120 plus £119 in costs.
