MAGISTRATES have ordered a man to participate in a building better relationships programme for 33 days after he twice ignored a restraining order banning him from going to Scowcroft Street, Bolton.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Michael Green, aged 57 of no fixed address, admitted breaching the order on September 10 and 11.
He was sentenced to 34 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months, during which he must participate in 10 days of rehabilitation activities.
Green was also ordered to pay £213 in costs and charges.
