A DRIVER who failed to provide police with a breath sample on September 19 has been banned from the roads for two years.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Dominic White, aged 29, of Temple Road, Bolton, admitted committing the offence and was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work.
He must also pay £180 in costs and charges.
