A young boxer, the cousin of Amir Khan, has won his first pro fight in Dubai at a crypto fight night hosted by the older Khan.

Abdul Khan took victory over Gurjant Singh, securing his first pro fight win at the Crypto Fight Night at La Perle in Dubai last night.

The young Khan flew over to the UAE and trained with Amir as well as fellow pro boxer Muhammed ‘DK’ Ali to prepare for the fight.

Amir wrote on Twitter: “The champs debut fight in Dubai. Great performance @AbdulKhanbxr, on to the next challenge.”

Abdul is now on his way back home to Bolton, to celebrate with his beloved town and his family.

He is yet to post on social media about his first win.

Muhammed ‘DK’ Ali said: “Fantastic victory for @AbdulKhanbxr and a great show put together by @amirkingkhan.”

The event hoped to showcase how Dubai can lead the block chain technology, where the first ever WBC Crypto belt was fought for.

Amir took to twitter to write: “Amazing turn out at the Harbour La Perle, well done to heavyweight @WBCBoxing Middle East Champion, all the boxers and crypto fighters.

“Thanks to @MKHarbour and his team. Hope you enjoyed your first crypto fight night @SBLHitHarder.”

The WBC Middle East heavyweight title belt was presented to Hemi Ahio after his win over Muhammed Al Bayat.

The event was a huge success and has set the path for Abdul to become the next Khan champion from Bolton.
