Driver had drunk more than 3 times the legal alcohol limit
A DRIVER who drank more than three times the legal limit of alcohol has been ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work.
Wigan magistrates heard how Ramesh Patel, aged 55, of Seathwaite Road, Farnworth, was caught drink driving in a Toyota Verso on Nelson Street, Bolton, on September 11.
He pleaded guilty to committing the offence and was banned from driving for two years and ordered to pay £180 in costs.
