MAGISTRATES have fined a man £450 after he admitted harassing another man by repeatedly calling his workplace and making allegations against him.
Alan Carl, aged 48, of Tintern Avenue, Bolton, initially denied committing the offence in November last year, but changed his plea to guilty when he appeared at Bolton Magistrates’ Court.
He was ordered to pay £345 in costs and charges and a restraining order was made banning him from contacting his victim.
