A DRIVER who had used cannabis and had no licence had been ordered to undertake 120 hours of unpaid work.
Ariel Brooks, aged 20, of Dunsop Drive, Bolton, drove a Renault Clio on Halliwell Road, Bolton, on January 30.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court he pleaded guilty to careless driving, having no licence or insurance and drug driving.
In addition to the unpaid work he must attend 15 days of rehabilitation activities and he was banned from applying for a licence for two years and must pay £180 in costs.
