A POWER cut is planned for next week, which will impact homes across eight Bolton postcodes.
This comes due to works set to be undertaken by utilities company Electricity North West in the borough on October 26.
A total of 26 homes across eight postcodes are set to be without power for a short time.
A statement issued by Electricity North West said: "We appreciate your patience while our engineers carry out a planned power cut in your area, this is to improve the reliability of your electricity supply and so our engineers can safely work on the cables that provide electricity to your home or business."
The following postcodes will be affected: BL8 3PF, BL8 3PT, BL8 3PT, BL8 3PU, BL8 3PU, BL8 3PP, BL8 3PL, BL8 3PP.
The reference number for this powercut is: 05906N2021.
