A Bolton man is due to go on trial next year accused of dangerous driving and grievous bodily harm.
Oliver Donnellan appeared in court yesterday in relation to the two allegations said to have taken place in December 2019 in Atherton.
At Bolton Crown Court the 46-year-old entered not guilty pleas to the two charges.
Judge Tom Gilbart fixed a trial, expected to last for five days, for June next year.
He continued the bail of Donnellan, whose address was given as Manchester Road in Over Hulton, until the date of the trial.
He also ordered him to prepare a defence statement setting out his response to the allegations.
