WANDERERS were held to a 2-2 draw against Stockport County in the FA Cup first round proper.
The visitors took an early lead through Scott Quigley but the Whites hit back through Eoin Doyle.
Elias Kachunga then scored his first goal for Bolton but the Hatters were soon level thanks to Ben Whitfield.
Here's what fans had to say about the game.
Embarrassing performance that, they wanted it more than us and that’s just not good enough. This squad needs some serious work in January #bwfc https://t.co/yjWTbvqjVn

Very languid performance, specially second half… Need to concentrate & commit better over the course of a full 90 #bwfc

We shouldnt have to rely on January to turn our season around, that window should be used to top up the squad to progress to the end goal, not to revamp the squad. I know it worked last season, but i cant see it happening again #bwfc

Another game. Another 1-0 head start for the opposition. Standard #bwfc

That was dreadful 😬 #bwfc

No urgency, pathetic second half #bwfc
— Will Jones (@Wil1J) November 7, 2021
Well that’s uninspiring, doesn’t boost confidence for Crewe on Friday, credit to Stockport but this isn’t good enough from a strong team selection… lots to work on .. league form must be turned around asap .

This is disappointing. Nothing bad with a replay but these are games we should win at first try. Not good. #bwfc https://t.co/BG59fkHByE

Embarrassing result. #bwfc

Serious additions needed in Jan

Is it controversial to suggest let’s give Johnston & Aimson a shot as a centre half pairing? I know we need more than that to help shore things up in defence but I’d like to see Evatt give it a go and soon personally. #bwfc
