A MOTORIST who drove on the pavement and in a cycle lane in order to undertake stationary traffic has been fined by magistrates.
At Bolton Magistrates’ Court Samuel West, aged 27, of Cressingham Road, Bolton, admitted carelessly driving on Manchester Road, Bolton, on August 11 in a Renault Scenic.
West was fined £120 plus £119 in costs and three penalty points were added to his licence.
