BOLTON North East's MP is calling on local businesses to join his free advice webinar showcasing the government support available for Bolton’s businesses.

Mark Logan will host the third instalment of the three-part event series, alongside James Daly MP, for businesses in the North West to grow international sales and showcase the best British goods.

He is working with the Department for International Trade (DIT) as part of the Parliamentary Export Programme, to help local businesses access the support they need to boost their exporting potential.

This also includes providing an understanding on the benefits of new trade agreements, creating high quality jobs, and helping Bolton recover from the pandemic.

Mr Logan said:"Global Britain starts with Global Bolton.

"That's why I’ve organised this three-part series, to protect jobs and give businesses in Bolton access to information, advice and finance to sell internationally as we recover from the pandemic.

"It’s free to attend and any businesses with an interest in exporting can join – regardless of prior experience.

"The session gives you the tools to grow your business as well as advice on how to tap into government-supported working capital and the practicalities of post-Brexit trade.”

The online session will also provide businesses with an opportunity to engage with speakers from the Department for International Trade, as well as an experienced local exporter.

Mr Logan is a founding member of the Parliamentary Export Programme, where selected cross-party MPs organise and chair virtual meetings with experts from business and government, to support local businesses in their exporting journey.
