A Bolton man has been penalised for driving a car in a state which caused a risk of injury.
Channing Farky admitted during a recent appearance at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court he drove a Mitsubishi Lancer with a cracked windscreen in June last year.
The offence took place on Gelderd Road in Leeds.
The court heard the condition the of the vehicle meant it was “likely to cause danger of injury.”
Following his guilty plea Farky, aged 30, was hit with a fine of £100.
The man from Mcdonna Street in Bolton was also given three points on his licence.
The court took his guilty plea into account when determining the sentence to impose.
