A DRIVER was caught travelling at 64mph when the speed was limited to 40mph on the M62 at Rochdale.
Carl Gilfoyle, aged 52, of Victoria Road, Horwich, was driving a Peugeot on April 9 when he committed the offence.
The case against him was proved at Manchester Magistrates’ Court and he was fined £220 plus £124 in costs and charges with three points added to his licence.
