A WOMAN who was caught drink driving in Farnworth has been spared a licence ban after magistrates heard she “only drove a short distance in safe circumstances”.
Victoria Webster, aged 46, of Ruskin Road, Little Lever, was caught driving a Peugeot 208 on Higher Market Street, Farnworth, on August 5
Bolton magistrates heard that tests revealed she had 66mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath when the legal limit is 35mcg.
Webster had initially denied drink driving but then changed her plea to guilty.
She was fined £120 and ordered to pay £284 in costs and charges.
