MAGISTRATES have jailed a man for 26 weeks after he assaulted a person in Bolton on October 4.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Mohammed Khan, aged 32, of Kendrew Road, Bolton admitted committing the offence on October 4.
At the time he was already subject to a suspended prison sentence for other offences.
