A MAN who admitted using threatening behaviour in Middleton on July 15, 2019, has been given a community sentence.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Kane Hewitt, aged 20, of Beech Avenue, Kearsley, was fined £250 and told he must participate in 10 days of rehabilitation activities.
Hewitt was also ordered to pay £180 in costs and charges and a restraining order was made banning him from contacting his victim.
