Support: Rough sleepers in Bolton
ADDITIONAL support has been offered to homeless people in Bolton over the coming days.
This is comes with cold weather predicted for next few days which could prove extremely dangerous for people living out on the streets.
An amber warning has been issued by the Met Office for the area.
A council statement said: "With cold weather forecast for the next few days, we’ve worked with our partners to stand up additional emergency support for rough sleepers.
"The support can be accessed via the Rough Sleeper Outreach Team and through the normal out of hours contact."
People sleeping rough have been advised to contact HousingOutreachteam@bolton.gov.uk in order to access support over the coming days.
