SCHOOL children in Bolton have been given the chance to learn CPR on Friday thanks to volunteers and emergency services.
A total of 370 children are set to be taught the vital skill at SS Osmund & Andrews R C Primary School in Breightmet.
The training will be delivered in part by Pheniks Division Limited alongside Joel Electrical Services and emergency service workers.
A Pheniks Division Limited statement said: "It isn’t just the children we educate, it’s the people who support us by buying merchandise, it’s the sponsors who feel passionately about the cause, its the head teachers who know that knowing CPR is a life skill that can be embedded from and early age and its our volunteers who give up their free time to pass on their knowledge."
