A police investigation is underway into a fight which left one person needing hospital treatment, it is understood.
Part of Lever Street, Little Lever, was cordoned off overnight as emergency services attended.
The police tape was lifted today.
The fist fight between two took place late yesterday evening at around 12:30pm outside the pub and one person was taken to hospital.
Emergency services attended the scene including police and ambulance.
Henighans pub stated they are back open 'following an incident that took place last night outside the pub.'
Speaking to Bolton News, a spokeswoman for Henighans said: "A police cordon has been in place overnight in front of the pub to check the severity of the fight.
"We are now back open and operating."
Police have been contacted for more information.
