Drink driver given 21-month road ban
A DRIVER who had drunk more than double the legal level of alcohol has been banned from the roads for 21 months.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Stuart Collins, aged 43, of High Street, Little Lever, pleaded guilty to drink driving in a Citroen C1 on Redgate Way, Farnworth, on October 10.
In addition to the driving ban, he was fined £200 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and charges.
