Car owner failed to name driver
A CAR owner who failed to name the driver of a VW Polo to police on April 26 has been fined £660 by Manchester magistrates.
The case against Abdul Kalam, aged 50, of Spinners Mews, Bolton, was proved and he was also ordered to pay £156 in costs and charges, while six penalty points were added to his licence.
