IAN Evatt has named his starting XI for Wanderers’ League One clash with Fleetwood at the Highbury Stadium.

The Whites ran out 1-0 winners when the sides met in the Papa John’s Trophy second round last week, with Kieran Lee scoring the decisive goal 10 minutes before the break.

Fleetwood enter the game on the back of a 5-1 defeat at Accrington over the weekend, having played most of the game with 10 men after Dan Batty was shown a straight red card for a reckless challenge on Harvey Rodgers.

The Cod Army find themselves in the League One drop zone after taking 15 points from their opening 19 fixtures.

Wanderers have only faced Fleetwood four times in their history, having won all four matches.

The Whites recorded a 4-2 victory when the sides last met at the Highbury Stadium back in 2017 thanks to goals from David Wheater, Mark Beevers and a brace from Adam Le Fondre.

Here's how the sides line-up.

Fleetwood: Cairns, McLaughlin, Clarke, Andrew, Matete, Biggins, Lane, Johnston, Hayes, Garner, Morton

Subs: Crellin, Morris, Johnson, Clark, Baggley, Conn-Clarke, Boyle

Bolton: Dixon, Gordon, Santos, Aimson, John, Johnston, Thomason, Lee, Kachunga, Doyle, Afolayan

Subs: Gilks, Baptiste, Conway, Tweedley, Pettifer, Amaechi, Delfouneso
