Bolton Wanderers fans react as Eoin Doyle joins St Patrick's Athletic

Doyle was the Whites’ top scorer last season, finding the net 19 times as Ian Evatt’s men won promotion from League Two.

Wanderers have already bolstered their attacking options in the January window with the signing of Northern Ireland international Dion Charles from Accrington Stanley.

Eoin was a major signing for us and he lived up to his billing with his 19 goals last year and played pivotal part in our promotion campaign, i wish him all the best at his new club.

If we are to progress, we do need to be shipping out theses types of player. He's been a good servant, but I think we've got the most we can out of him.
