A POLICE drop-in event will be aiming to give residents and business owners the chance to discuss issues affecting their area.
The event will be held at Farnworth Library on Market Street on Tuesday January 18 between 2pm and 4pm.
Attendees will be able to arrange one-to-one meetings with a constable.
A police spokesperson said: "This is an opportunity for residents and business owners around Farnworth Town Centre to come and meet myself and discuss any issues or concerns that you have.
"The drop-in will be 1-1 meetings and is not a public forum.
"Please be aware that due to the current Covid-19 situation measures may need to be taken to limit the number of people in the building and may be subject to changes at short notice.
"This may cause a short delay or require a short wait outside until spaces inside become available."
Officers say that any changes to their plans will be communicated on Greater Manchester Police's social media channels.
