TWO people were arrested for possession with intent to supply class A drugs, and have since been released under investigation.
Officers from Bolton West's Neighbourhood team discovered a large quantity of prescription medication, suspected to be illegal, in Westhoughton.
The officers executed a search warrant at an address yesterday, and found that the prescription medication obtained was without a prescription, for the purposes of selling to others.
Officers are now aiming to find out exactly what the medication is.
Whilst the box may say one thing, the origins of these medications are not known.
They could be counterfeit or completely fake, which is why they cannot be sure what is in any of them.
