Seized: The BMW's driver was stopped on Greenfold Avenue
A BMW was seized earlier today after the driver tried to give false details to police.
The officers noticed the BMW140 being driven around Farnworth on Monday.
After trying to evade police, the driver was eventually stopped on Greenfold Avenue.
Having been stopped, the driver then tried to give false details to the officers before eventually admitting to having no licence and no insurance.
The car has now been seized and the driver reported to court.
