Delays: Traffic is likely to be impacted on the A575 Walkden Road
DRIVERS have been warned to expect delays due to temporary signals on a busy A road.
Transport for Greater Manchester says that as of Tuesday morning the signals were in place on the A575 Walken Road in Worsley close to the Worsley Park Marriott Hotel and Country Club.
As a result delays have been impacting traffic all the way back to the Walken Town Centre shopping mall.
The transport authority also warned that Diamond Bus Services in the area were also likely to be delayed.
Road users have been warned to allow for extra time for their journeys and travel by alternative routes were possible.
