A VOLVO driver who was over the legal alcohol limit on New Year’s Eve has been banned from holding a driving licence for 12 months.
Wigan magistrates heard how Ryan Haslam, aged 28, of St James Street, Farnworth, was caught driving the vehicle on St James Street, Farnworth.
He pleaded guilty to committing the offence and was fined £276 plus £119 in costs and charges.
