MAGISTRATES have fined a man £120 after he pleaded guilty to being over the drink drive limit when in charge of a vehicle.
Wigan magistrates heard how Alexandro Morcotet, aged 29, of Rutland Grove, Bolton was three times over the limit when he was found with a Mazda 3 on Avondale Street, Bolton, on December 2.
In addition to the fine, he had 10 points added to his licence and was ordered to pay £119 in costs and charges.
