A FURNITURE and gift shop has been put up for sale.

The owners of Bluehouse in Chorley have instructed Blacks Business Brokers to find a new owner for the business which houses a café alongside the retail element of the business.

It is located in a four-storey building at 129 Market Street in Chorley, and Blacks Business Brokers is seeking offers over £425,000.

The property includes three self-contained flats, a large room which is currently rented as a photography studio and two further office rooms which are available to rent.

Alternatively, the current owners are also willing to offer a lease on the ground floor retail and café unit, plus a 581 sq ft cellar. This is for an up-front payment of £74,995 and annual rent of £19,500.

The business was established in 1995, and the property was acquired by the current owners in 1997. Bluehouse sells a range of high-end cards, gifts and lifestyle products.
