BEREAVEMENT support is being offered every week at a Westhoughton café to help those grieving.
The meeting offers a chance for people to remember loved ones, where it’s okay to laugh, cry, and share stories about loved ones.
The group also compare how each other feels when they think they should have ‘moved on’, offering advice to one another, whether that’s a good self-help book, a documentary, a service that has helped, or where the best local walks are.
The café aims to understand that everyone grieves differently, and grief is unique to everyone’s own experience.
Everyone is encouraged to come along and have a cup of tea, whilst meeting others who feel the same
The next Bereavement Cafe will be on Tuesday 15th March at The Hub At Westhoughton 10.30.
