Fine for man who dumped fridge freezers
A MAN who dumped two fridge freezers from a van onto land at the rear of Bury Road, Bolton, has been fined £120.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Martin Whittle, aged 36, of Milton Road, Radcliffe, admitted fly-tipping the applicances on September 12, 2019.
In addition to the fine, he was ordered to pay Bolton Council prosecution costs of £200 plus a £32 victim surcharge.
