A BOLTON man has been fined for a breach of Covid regulations - almost a year on from the incident.
Suliemon Mustapha took part in a gathering of two or more people which broke the rules on Yew Close, Bolton, in April last year.
The offence broke the Health Protection Regulations which came in at the start of the pandemic.
The 40-year-old admitted the offence when the case called at Tameside Magistrates' Court recently.
Following the outcome Mustapha, from Kendrew Road, Bolton, was hit with a fine of £300.
The court took the guilty plea into account when determining the setnence to impose.
