This Chancellor has betrayed the people of this country and he’s been so economic with the truth. How do I know this? His lips were moving all the time he was on his feet in Parliament.

A government’s job is to look after its people but he has betrayed the poor and disadvantaged. He has made sure that people are going to die; children go to bed hungry, more suffering from mental illness and a lot more suicides. Thank you Chancellor.

Rishi Sunak says he cares but he doesn’t; he says he can’t help the most vulnerable in society because that costs a lot of money but on the other hand he protects the rich which doesn’t cost that much. Therefore, he has decided to leave things as they are and protect his friends much simpler much easier.

Thus, state employees, people you rely on, health service workers, refuse workers, those working in care homes, others working in essential services are denied a decent wage increase, and services must be cut

But of course not your MPs, not your senior civil servants or your judges; not those in the city or the captains of industry, not the really important people that can ponce around doing relatively nothing, they can have their inflationary rises because they deserve it.

It is time that ordinary decent people were given at least a little respect; we are the ones that keep this country going Instead of pointing fingers at the elites of Russia it’s time our politicians look at our trillionaires

I have heard the Chancellor talk of good wages, of a living wage. If he thinks that, the living wage is a good wage let him try living on it. Never mind calling out other countries’ elites look at your rich people. It’s time you taxed them,
