MAGISTRATES have fined a man £100 after he used premises on Bury Road, Bolton for producing and distributing food without notifying the relevant authorities.
At Wigan Magistrates’ Court Mohammed Alauddin, aged 47, of Grange Road, Bolton, admitted contravening food hygiene and safety regulations at Big Al’s on November 17, 2020.
In addition to the fine, Alauddin must pay £300 towards Bolton Council’s prosecution costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
