A TEENAGER was caught carrying a dagger with a three inch blade at a Bolton takeaway.
Wigan Youth Court heard that the 17-year-old, who cannot be named, was caught with the weapon at the Pop Star takeaway in Bradshawgate on January 22.
He pleaded guilty to possessing a bladed article and was referred to the Youth Offender Panel for six months.
The dagger was forfeited to be destroyed and the teenager was ordered to pay £107 in costs and charges.
