Driver had no licence or insurance
A VW Golf driver has been banned from the roads for two months after he was caught using the car without a licence or insurance.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court Schubert De Paula, aged 23, of St George’s Street, Bolton, was convicted of committing the offences when he drove on All Saints Street, Bolton, on August 29 last year.
He was fined £660 and was ordered to pay £156 in costs and charges.
