MAGISTRATES have fined a man £660 plus £156 in costs and charges after he failed to name the driver of a BMW 340, who was suspected of committing an offence, to police on October 29 last year.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court the case against Craig Alger, aged 23, of Ruskin Avenue, Kearsley, was proved and six points were added to his licence.
The same penalties were given to Laszlo Kolomdar, aged 44, of Wolfenden Street, Bolton, after he failed to identify the driver of a Toyota Prius on October 12 last year.
