Footage appearing to show a shocking car accident in Bolton that saw an Audi reverse into several parked cars has emerged online.
CCTV footage that has been widely circulated on social media shows two people stood outside the Audi on Arnold Street, Bolton at around 2pm on Friday, May 6.
One of them then appears to turn the ignition before the car starts and suddenly reverses down the street into two parked cars.
A man who saw the footage being shared said: “I thought it was quite shocking, I’ve no idea how this man’s ended up in the situation he has done.
“It looks like he’s going to end up badly injured, looks like he just pressed the wrong button.”
He added: “He’s lucky there were no children around playing in the street or anything!”
After the car hits the other vehicles parked up lower down on the street the man is seen still lying on the pavement.
A woman then runs up to help him before other people on the street also arrive to give there assistance.
As yet no official details have been released from emergency services in Bolton about the incident.
Greater Manchester Police have been approached for comment.
