A veteran’s group in Bolton will be holding a group walk later this month in Bolton.
Moving Forces Bolton are calling all local veterans and serving personnel for the walk, which will take place on Sunday, May 29.
The walk will meet at Moss Bank Park car park, BL1 6LY, look for the Union Flag.
The walk is planned through to Barrow Bridge and will meet at 10am, planning to set off at 10:10am.
Tea and coffee will be provided at the finish and all who attend will be entered into a prize draw for a free meal out for two.
The group aims to build on the original Moving Forces movement around Greater Manchester, which was a programme of physical activity sessions aiming to help military veterans and their families to get and stay active.
